LESF was established for the primary purpose of providing a secure investment vehicle for the employees of the legal industry and to provide maximum returns and benefits for your retirement.
LESF offers to new members a cost effective superannuation fund with the following benefits:
To join LESF you must either be:
Further your employer must be a participating employer in the fund and agree to contribute your superannuation contributions into the fund. If your employer is already participating in the fund or is agreeable to participate in the fund simply read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and complete the application at the back of the PDS. You can obtain this Product Disclosure Statement by calling LESF or alternatively downloading it from the publications page. Generally you will pass your original completed application to your employer for them to forward to LESF or alternatively mail the form to LESF
Once you are a member you can elect to:
Self-employed persons are not eligible to join LESF.

- employed by a solicitor or legal firm, or
- employed by an employer connected with the law industry

- increase your Insurance cover
- choose amongst 3 investment options
- pay voluntary contributions into your account or
- transfer your superannuation from another fund to LESF.

Simply read the Employer Guide and then complete an Employer Application form contained within the guide and have each of your staff complete an Application For Membership form held at the back of the Product Disclosure Statement and mail the originals to LESF. You can either contact LESF for an Employer Guide and Product Disclosure Statement or down load them from the publications page by clicking here.
Once these are received by LESF we will join you and your staff to the fund and issue you with contribution returns each month. It's that simple!
Paying On Line
EmployerAccess is a means of advising LESF what contributions you are paying each month for your staff, reconciling these payments and paying them out of your bank account via direct debit. You can also change member details, such as addresses, advise when a member has left you, add new employees, and receive new membership numbers on-line. No more paperwork or writing cheques and all from your PC. To find out more about EmployerAccess, please contact LESF, or click here to download the Employer Access Service Agreement and the Employer Access Application form.
It’s easier than you think, just return the completed forms to LESF at GPO Box 1424, Brisbane QLD 4001.
